Ken Alexander is the GOP nominee for the District 4 seat on the Hamilton County Council. He is a graduate of Purdue and his family has deep roots in Indiana. Ken, his wife Jenni and their three active children have called Hamilton County home for more than 10 years. Ken serves as vice president for Carmel-based CTI Construction and has worked in the construction industry for more than 20 years supporting a variety of clients and project types. During his eclectic career, he has supported the development of Carmel’s Prairie View subdivision and the award-winning Village of West Clay. He has also managed the construction of corporate headquarters, several renovations at the Indianapolis International Airport, led the construction of projects at multiple college and universities in Indiana, supported some of the largest K-12 school programs in the state and was one of the project directors for the Wishard Replacement Hospital project, the Sydney & Louis Eskenazi Hospital. While the private sector has provided him with a wealth of experience working with local governments, it was his experience as the City of Westfield’s Director of Public Works that opened his eyes to the many challenges local municipalities and county governments face. The collaborative and innovative approach to problem-solving required in the construction industry has prepared Ken to immediately bring value to the taxpayers of Hamilton County.
