Our completely volunteer-led executive team is made up of five dedicated, experienced individuals who strive to understand and meet the needs of our local Party.
Mario Massillamany
Chairman
After graduating from Cathedral High School and Wabash College, Mario earned his law degree at the University of Denver College of Law. He now owns and operates his own law firm, Massillamany Jeter & Carson LLP.
Mr. Massillamany is committed to the community he lives in and upholds his commitment by volunteering and fundraising for a variety of local and charitable organizations. Mr. Massillamany is deeply involved with Third Phase, a domestic violence shelter in Hamilton County. He is also a faithful parishioner and active volunteer at St. Louis de Montfort Catholic Church, a zealous member of the Fishers’ Rotary club, and served on the board of directors for Chaucie’s Place – a center dedicated to helping children who are victims of sexual abuse. Mr. Massillamany’s passion for politics is well known and he has successfully managed numerous political campaigns at all levels of government.
Mario was officially elected as Chairman of The Hamilton County Republican Party in January 2022 and has been serving us ever since!
Stephanie Flittner
Vice Chairman
Stephanie Flittner is a dedicated attorney, community leader, and advocate for conservative values in Hamilton County. She currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Hamilton County Republican Party, where she plays a pivotal role in grassroots organization, candidate development, and ensuring the party remains strong and engaged at the local level.
A graduate of the University of Michigan with a degree in Engineering and Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, Stephanie brings a strategic and analytical approach to both her legal career and political involvement. She has worked for over 14 years as a corporate counsel and currently oversees legal matters related to conservation, land management, and regulatory compliance.
Stephanie has a long history of Republican activism and leadership. As the former Chair of the Hamilton County Young Republicans, she organized monthly meetups to engage and connect young conservatives. She is also a member of the Lugar Series class of 2023-2024, a program dedicated to developing female leaders in Indiana politics. In 2024, she was honored as an IBJ 40 Under 40 recipient for her contributions to law, business, and community service. Stephanie is passionate about fostering Republican engagement and has worked to elect candidates at all levels of government.
A former Michigander turned forever Hoosier, Stephanie lives in Carmel with her husband, Andrew, their two children, Michael and Margot, and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Senator Washington. When she’s not working or volunteering, she enjoys fitness, travel, and finding new ways to make an impact in her community.
Raju Chinthala
Treasurer
Raju grew up in a small Indian village, inspired by his grandmother’s belief in education. He pursued double master’s degrees in speech and hearing, and business, eventually building a 30-year career as a Speech-Language Pathologist, entrepreneur, and civic leader in the U.S. Living in Carmel with his family, Raju actively serves as Treasurer for the Hamilton County Republican Party and has earned numerous honors, including the Sagamore of the Wabash and the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, for his dedication to community service and impactful leadership.
Lisa Elmore
Executive Director
Lisa Elmore has lived in Carmel since 2015. She is married to Ed Elmore and has three children, Bryan, age 32, and twins Chris and Ashley, age 21. Lisa started working for the Hamilton County Republican Party in 2021 when her son, Chris, who was previously Executive Director, went off to college. She became Executive Director in 2022 and is also the Treasurer for the Hamilton County Republican Women.
